The crisis centre DÚHA is the first-contact and prevention facility for social services, serving as a point of reference in cases of acute threats to the health, life, and proper upbringing of an underage child or adolescent.

Our Clients:
- Children from 6 to 18 years whose upbringing is seriously threatened, whose rights are in danger; underage children and youngsters from dysfunctional families neglecting their compulsory school attendance; underage children and adolescents with a legitimate suspicion for harassment, sexual abuse, or neglect;
- Children from 0 to 18 years with mothers whose life or health are under threat, who are exposed to violence from close or related persons sharing their household.
Time Frame of Rendered Services:
The crisis centre operates all day and year long. The length of a stay is 3 months, in justified cases up to 6 months. After our clients leave the crisis centre, they are subsequently rendered ambulant services in order to minimise the recurrence risk.
